COST OF ATTENDANCE
The MSRED Program is a 3-semester program that can be completed in either a Fall/Spring/Summer schedule or a Fall/Spring/Fall schedule.
The cost for the second option will be slighly higher.

In addition, MIT charges all students a student life feee of $210
HOUSING
MIT has ample housing options for graduate students that are financially competitive with the local real estate market. The Graduate Housing Office manages housing and you can find more information on their web site. We encourage you to apply for graduate student housing as it will make your transition to the Cambridge area more manageable.
HEATH INSURANCE
All MIT students are required to have health insurance. You may purchase MIT SHIP or waive it if you have another source of health insurance. (If you do have alternate insurance, make sure to waive MIT SHIP by the deadline). Note that after you accept admission, you should receive information on the process of signing up.
